Providing the text content in one clear Word Document minimizes the amount of time which is spent on compiling and organizing content. For prepackaged website projects, the estimate is given based on receiving the text content in one clear word document.
Full and Complete Revision Rounds
Put simply, if there are 10 revisions to make, it may take 2 hours if all revisions are supplied at one time, while it may take 10 hours if all revisions are provided in 5 rounds rather than one. Providing revisions all at once helps us be more efficient.
Limit Design Changes after Design Approval
Changes to a design after implementing into the website require additional hours. This is similar to changing the number of rooms a house has after the walls are setup.
